Investor Types

Investment is one of the strategic steps that can be carry out by anyone to produce more money. However, we were often confused choose what investment that suitable with our necessity.

Remember before you investing  your money you must research the product and any services that will be bought, including researched whether this product has been suitable with your necessity.

Before decide to invest your money to the product that you choose, tried to know three characters of the investor as follows:

 1. Conservative type

Generally, this type did not brave to face the risk of the loss and the uncertainty. Inclined to choose the instrument that was very safe with results that have been known before, like saving money and  deposit. Although considering the kind of risky instrument, like the obligation or share, only small portions from the investment that will be allocated in this risk instrument. The conservative type really gave priority to safe in investing than got the big profit but risky. The allocation of assets that were exact for the conservative type was the deposit 100 percent.

2. Moderate type

This type more brave took the high risk than conservative investor. The moderate type will careful consider the instrument kind that will be owned and limit the money that will be invested in the risky instrument to the certain portion. The allocation of assets that were appropriate for the moderate type was deposit 70 percent, obligation 10 percent, and share 20 percent.

3.  Aggressive type

Generally, the aggressive type have courage in carrying out the decision of high risky investment. This type expected bigger investment results and also accept the consequences of the higher risk. Inclined to choose the product that allocated the money to the market instrument that high risky. The allocation of assets that were appropriate for the aggressive type was deposit 40 percent, obligation 20 percent, and share 40 percent.
