Tips of Self Motivation

Often routine and various problems that came in turns everyday, make us lose the motivation to get better life. Until all of our goal faded and disappeared. There are seven methods of getting the motivation everyday:

Create desire - See of the repayment from your efforts clearly. This method giving many motivations to make your plan was fast realised. Imagine your dream house everyday and this will give you urging to make it to be real.

Create the feeling of being sick - Connect the feeling of being sick by not carrying out the action. Imagine of your sweetheart went out with the other person, when you saw it secretly, that possibly made you be motivated to discuss that matter were avoided by you with your couple.

Discuss your plan - Talked to your couple about your plan or wrote it in a paper, what will be done by you, then stuck in the refrigerator.

Have a real attracted - If you have not attracted completely, may be you have to do something, so made a big goal in your thoughts.

Have Energi - Caffeine will give the healthy feeling for a moment but in one or other the method you needed more energy as motivation everyday , for example: sport or sleep enough.

Create Equal of Mental- It was difficult to find motivation if you were in the pressed situation. Eliminate several negative feeling of you, or chose to do the important work when you were in the good mood.

Take a small step - Carried out the collection for one big bag of the leaves in the yard. And straightaway you will clean the yard. Every a small step that you took to achieve the goal will giving the motivation to you everyday.
